According to the Home Care Association of America, standard home care companies experience a 65% to 77% annual staff turnover rate. This means they are always dealing with staff vacancies, scrambling to find anyone who might fill a position. They cannot afford to be selective.

By contrast, many of our caregivers have been with us for ten to twenty years. Turnover does not interrupt their tenure with clients. In fact, our caregivers frequently remain with clients for years at a time, when needed. We have no problem with staff shortages.

We vet our caregivers personally.
Our process includes

  • an extensive two-tier, in-person interview
  • review of a résumé and verification of references
  • A criminal, DMV and immigration background check

You remain in control.

As an employment agency, we serve as initial matchmakers. Because you hire the caregiver directly, you set the terms and the tasks to be performed. We can connect you with reputable payroll services that will handle all the logistics in order to comply with state labor laws and insurance requirements.
